PMX7, the latest version of our letting and management software, can take you effortlessly from marketing and letting the property, through management and maintenance to administering the money and client accounts.

PMX7, the latest version of our software will run on most computers and any version of Windows.  A Cloud version is available.

PMX Block Management Software

PMX4Win, the latest version of our block management software, assists you with the running of long lease properties. It makes easy work of raising ground rent or service charge demands, managing the budget and expenditure and controlling the client accounts. It also facilitates the monitoring of maintenance and repairs.

The Block Management software runs in a Windows based environment and can be installed on your in-house server or can be hosted in a cloud environment.

Our PMX software enables you to comply with all RICS, ARLA, NAEA and NALS requirements.
