Training

One day of full training is offered at the time of installation of your new PMX software. This aims to get you and your staff up and running as effectively and quickly as possible.

To make full use of your new software we recommend you book at least one additional day’s training which, if booked at the time of your initial PMX software order, is offered at a 20 per cent discount off the normal rates.

On site additional training days (either half days or full days) can be arranged and these are particularly beneficial for new staff members.

Updates to the software are sent out regularly together with comprehensive notes. Usually there is no need for any additional training but it is always possible to arrange remote access training if there is a particular need.
