Our online portal provides access to selected PMX data for Landlords and Tenants. Agents’ staff on the move will also be able to access up to the minute data and contact details.

Agents will be able to choose exactly what data is available and who will be able to access it. They will also be able to add comments to be viewed online.

Using PMX Agents will be able to send email registration details to landlords and tenants. They will then be able to login and view their data

Landlord/Tenant Portal (PMX 7)

The following data will be available:

Landlord contact details – Visible to Landlord and Agent only
Tenancy Start and End Dates, Rent, Deposit, Landlord Statements
Tenant Names and Contact Details
Documents such as Certificates, Agreements, Photos
Status of Actions such as Gas Safety, Visits, EICR, Repairs
