Whilst we have designed our software to be easy to use, many subscribers will have questions from time to time. Our friendly and helpful support team is on hand from 0930-1730 hrs Monday to Friday. You can either call our support hotline or email your query.
As our software is being continually refined and updated to include legislative changes and general improvements, we provide regular updates to our subscribers on CDs with comprehensive notes.
In addition we can arrange training days, either in your office, our office or using remote access to your computer.
All update information is automatically downloaded into your PMX software. Go to the PMX Help menu and click on updates.
