Property Management

The PMX Management module will manage everything from Check In to Check Out and you will know exactly what is happening every step of the way. It leads you through the rent collection, regular checks, inspections, safety checks and diary items.

The system holds data on properties including details of landlord, tenants, contacts and banking data. Full details of tenancy terms are also included.

Financial details include rents, deposits, fees and other charges associated with each property.

Three types of information are held in the management module:

  • Property Information:  rent and deposit, commission rates, inspection dates, gas safety certificates, EPCs
  • Landlord Information:  address and contact details, bank details, tax status
  • Tenant Information:  tenancy terms and renewal dates, payment and demand requirements, company and guarantor details

Action List

The Action List is a recent addition to PMX7. It combines all diary lists to provide one easy to view ‘to do’ list which can be viewed for the current day, week or month, a specific period or ahead into the future. It lists the tasks to be carried out including inspections, repairs, deposit registration, tenancy renewals, and other renewals such as gas safety certificates.

General Lists

This covers property lists, telephone lists, tenant lists, property detail sheets and labels for landlord and tenants.

Arrears Lists

Chase up any tardy tenants and send reminders by post or email.
