The letting administration section is designed to aid the process of letting a property from the instruction stage through to the installation of the tenant.

  • Transfer of details to Management module when letting completed
  • The Action List will enable you to list all the upcoming tasks within a given time frame. Tasks include appraisals, instructions, EPCs, To Let Boards, viewings, references, tenancy preparation and check-ins.
